Please read these terms and conditions carefully as purchasing from our Official Ticket Agent means you agree to them.

Race Entries:

All entry fees are non-refundable except in the event of the cancellation of the race or event. 

Nocturne Series Ltd accepts no liability for damage or theft of competitors' bike or possessions. It is the sole responsibility of the individual.

Competitors enter the race at their own risk and Nocturne Series Ltd accepts no liability for accident or injury.  

The Participant acknowledges and accepts that circumstances concerning an Event may change from time to time for reasons out of the Nocturne's reasonable control or otherwise, without Nocturne incurring any liability and without any rights to Withdrawal being accrued by the Participant. 

Nocturne reserves the right to change the date of the Event. The Participant acknowledges that participant places are limited and payment of the Fee and reservation of the place has an affect on logistics and the subscription for the Event. 

Nocturne reserves the right to amend the Event format in their sole discretion or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event of the Event being cancelled it shall provide the Participant with a full refund with no further liability whatsoever arising from such cancellation, if the Event is changed to another format the Participant will not be entitled to any refund and there shall be no further liability whatsoever arising from such change of format.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

The organiser of the London Nocturne is Nocturne Series Limited (the “Organiser”).

You can purchase your entry to a race from our Official Ticket Agent, Eventbrite, online only. Booking fees are clearly displayed alongside the ticket price on the Eventbrite website. By doing so, you thereby consent to these Terms and Conditions.

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. All transactions are processed using a secure server. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds. We only accept payments in pound sterling.

Shortly after an order is placed, you will receive your email confirmation for the transaction. Please contact us as soon as possible if the confirmation email does not arrive when expected and we will investigate and re-send if possible. Please contact

All entries are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Following online purchase of entry to a race, all participants must pick up their rider pack from The City Centre on Thursday 7 June or from the Rider Village on Saturday 9 June (at least one hour in advance of their race) – After which riders will not be able to register or partake within the race, in such circumstances no refunds are permitted.

Minors under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult.

There must be a minimum of one adult (aged over 18) for every five minors (aged under 16).

All entries are non-transferable, and their resale for profit or commercial gain (except by the organiser) or use in promotions or packages without the express permission of the Organiser is prohibited and may render them void.

The Men’s Elite Criterium, Women’s Elite Criterium, Masters Criterium and Open Criterium races require a British Cycling licence to enter.

Riders must ride responsibly at all times. All races requiring a British Cycling licence for entry must also follow British Cycling rules and regulations.

You must produce a valid entry confirmation to participate.

The event is free to attend as a spectator.

Entries cannot be refunded so please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have any queries. 

The unauthorised use of professional cameras (long lenses and tripods), video or sound recording equipment is prohibited at the event and such items may be confiscated.

By attending the event you consent to being filmed or recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast without payment.

Please check details such as timings before travelling as these may be subject to late changes.


Make reasonably necessary alterations to the advertised event arrangements, featured participants or programme.

Cancel or abandon any event without notice and without liability for compensation or damage.

Not accept responsibility for personal injury sustained whilst participating in or spectating at a race.

Refuse admission to, or remove you from, the venue and circuit in reasonable circumstances - such as the refusal of security checks or if the Organiser’s staff consider that your behaviour may adversely affect other people’s enjoyment of the event - and without a refund (if you are a participating rider).

Refuse access to races if the participant is not in possession of a rider pack, to be picked up at least one hour in advance of the race from the London City Centre on Thursday 7 June or the Rider Village on Saturday 9 June.


Full bag searches will be in operation and this may delay your entry.

The organiser reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items.

Professional camera equipment (long lenses and tripods) or any items that may potentially be used as a weapon are not permitted in accordance with venue policies.

No parking is available.

ID checks may be conducted on entry.

The resale of race entries is prohibited.


In no circumstances shall the Organiser be liable to entrants whether for breach of contract, any tortious act or omission (including negligence) or otherwise, under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions for any:

  • loss or damage;
  • loss of profit;
  • loss of reputation;
  • loss of business, revenue or goodwill;
  • loss of anticipated savings; or
  • consequential or indirect loss, regardless of whether the loss or damage: (a) would arise in the ordinary course of events;(b) is reasonably foreseeable; or (c) is in the contemplation of the parties, or otherwise.

Nothing in this Agreement shall affect our liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or any other liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited by law.
